Professor Nandini Vaidyanathan, an alumnus of Delhi School of Economics and London School of Economics, spent twenty years in the corporate sector in MNC's across all inhabited continents. For the last four years, she has been teaching entrepreneurship in premier biz and engineering schools around the world. She is passionate not just about creating entrepreneurs but a mentorship institution for building a vibrant entrepreneurial India.
She has set up Entrepreneurship Development Centre at PES School of Engineering, Bangalore, which along with its sister institutions has over 10,000 students. The Centre has an incubator attached to it and provides pre-seed capital, infrastructure and mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs.
She is on the Jury and Mentor panel of The Economic Times' Power of Ideas initiative.
She is also Mentor with Mentor Square, an online mentoring platform for entrepreneurs.
She is co-founder of two companies, Startups (forstartups.blogspot.com) and CARMa (www.carmagroup.in),
Startups is actively involved in helping women below the poverty line in building micro enterprises in economies as plural as India, Afghanistan, Ethiopia and other countries in the Sub-Saharan Region.
CARMa works with SME's in getting them investment-ready, helping them raise capital and providing them exit engineering, post capital-raising.
She writes a regular column in the magazine Entrepreneur.

A Civil Engineer by training and a trainer by choice, T Chendil Kumar or CK as he is known, has over 17 years of experience in industrial marketing. He is now the Chief Catalyst at CK Consultants based out of Bangalore an organization specializing in corporate training. CK is a Guest Faculty at IIM Bangalore and regularly conducts on programs on Negotiation, Communication and Influencing Skills there for the Management Development Sessions, which are very well received. CK works extensively with Asia's largest Software Organization, Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (TCS) and has developed customized training programs for their associates. He also works with NOKIA, SAMSUNG, CSC, HP, INGERSOLL RAND, IBM, TITAN Industries, HONEYWELL, among others. He has attended a workshop on "Teaching Negotiation in Organisations", conducted by Harvard Law School at Cambridge, Massachusetts. He has a growing client list in the US, Europe, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. An avid Toastmaster, CK has sponsored more than ten Toastmasters clubs in India. Mukta Darera started her career at Intel as an application developer. She managed a number of key initiatives here, including her role as the project manager for 'Blue Buddies' – a programme that leveraged Intel engineers and used them as brand evangelists to position Intel's latest products in the market and interact directly with customers to gauge and build user experience, and to identify tech need gaps in the chosen segments. She was a part of the Work Life Effectiveness programme to make Intel a Great Place to Work across Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi. She was also part of the 6 member board of Women In Intel (WIN), India Chapter, a programme that works on gender issues within Intel. She was one of the board members of the Project Management Group which helped to develop best practices of project management within Intel.
She went on to do a Management Programme at IIM, Bangalore. It was here that she conceptualized and developed her idea into a business plan and founded iReboot.

Pradeep Chennavajhula has around 17+ years of experience in the areas of Project Management and system development in the business sectors of manufacturing, consulting and information technology.
As part of his current role, he is heading an independent venture of QAI in the field of Software Testing – Edista Testing Institute, as its CEO. Hailing from a family of educationists, PC (as he is known) is currently involved with the creation and setting up of education institutes focused on Software Testing.
At ETI, he currently focuses on Business Strategy, People Management, Alliances, and Technical Delivery. As a consultant in his previous role, Pradeep had trained over 9000+ candidates in over 11 countries, and consulted for organizations like Siemens, IBM, Cap Gemini, SAP Labs, Accenture, Ford Information Systems, ADP, Microsoft, iFlex Solutions, and many others. Pradeep has also been actively involved with the development of business, and large customers at QAI/ETI.
