Admission Procedure

Do I need to give any Entrance or Screening Test for taking admission to programs?

No, there is no Entrance or Screening Test. All those who fulfill the eligibility criteria can enroll themselves for the desired programs.

How can I take Admission to the programs offered via Educampus.in?

The students can take admission in two ways :

• Online admission by registering in our portal paying fees by Credit Card, Debit Card, Online Bank Transfer.
• Offline admission through visiting our various offices across India or through our Associate Partners.

How do I take admission to the programs through the Educampus.in website?

Students can register desired course through our portal. Pay the fees Online or Offline and send us required scanned copy of your documents like photographs, Your last studied certificates etc.( Depends on which University course you are applying). In case of any doubts our helpline and chat is available throughout the day from Monday to Saturday.

How do I take admission to the programs through Offline & through Associate Partners?

The students either download the form and then submit at our office or at our Associate Partners office with required fee paid through Cash, Cheque, DD, Credit Card, Debit Card and then you will get course access Login ID & Password within 3 working days. In case of University programs you will get confirmation from university within 30 days of your registration.

 What all testimonials do I need to submit along with the admission form for University course?

The testimonials required to be submitted are as under :

Photocopy of the proof of qualifying examinations duly attested by the Gazeted Officer / Head of the Institution last attended / Notary public / Other attestation authorities.

Photocopy of 10th class certificate or any other related document having Date of Birth duly attested by the Gazette Officer / Head of the Institution.

Three photographs (including 1 to be pasted on the form) to be attached with candidate’s name, and also the course applied for, at the back of it.

I have registered for an Educampus.in Online programs and also submitted my course fee. When will I get the course material?

After successful registration and realization of the fee, you will be enrolled in the selected program for the subsequent session. You will receive a confirmation for the same via Email. Login Id and password will be sent to your mail id subsequently.

I have registered for an online program & have received the Email containing my username and password. How do I access my course material?

Login to www.educampus.in. On the home page, enter your username and password in the student Login area and click “Log In” to access the online course.

Evaluation & Clarification

Will you provide me sample Question papers?

Yes, you will get the access to the sample Question papers in the due course of your programs of study.

When do I take the End Semester examination for my university course?

End semester exams would be also be conducted 2 times in a year for each corresponding session i.e. The exams would be held in June and December of the subsequent year respectively.

Where do I take the exams?

The end semester exams would be conducted “Offline” in the designated examination center which would be informed to you well before the commencement of exams. 

Where will be the designated examination centers?

Subject to the availability of sufficient number of students, it shall be our endeavor to create the facilitation / examination center as close as possible.

I have registered for an Online program. How can I clarify my doubts / queries?

Faculty is available for various disciplines & can be consulted through e-mail, chat, discussion forum. The names & contact details of the faculty would be available at the beginning of subject text.

To access the online courseware, you will need Windows 9x, NT, ME, 2000 or XP machine. The Macintosh platform is also supported, provided you use the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator. For best performance we recommend:
